Dr Fajuyigbe has over 10 years of experience in advanced scientific research.
Professor Jablonski is the Atherton Professor and Evan Pugh University Professor, Emerita, at The Pennsylvania State University. Professor Jablonski is an anthropologist and palaeobiologist, known for her research into the evolution of skin colour in humans. She is engaged in public education about human evolution, human diversity, and racism. In 2021, she was elected to the U.S. National Academy of Sciences and in 2009, she was elected to the American Philosophical Society. She is an Evan Pugh University Professor at The Pennsylvania State University , and the author of the books Skin: A Natural History, Living Color: The Biological and Social Meaning of Skin Color, and the co-author (with Sindiwe Magona and Lynn Fellman) of Skin We Are In.
Dr Petit is now retired, having previously been a senior Dermatologist at Service de Dermatologie, APHP Hopital Saint Louis, Paris France. Dr Petit has extensive experience in cutaneous diversity, having >30 years experience clinically managing dermatoses in people of African and/or Afro-Caribbean descent.
Professor Sturm is a Principal Research Fellow at the The University of Queensland Diamantina Institute, Faculty of Medicine and an Affiliate Associate Professor, School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences, Faculty of Science.
Professor Sturm is a world leading expert in the field of human pigmentation genetics.
Dr. George Yu is the founder and CEO of Variable, Inc and an entrepreneur with a passion for sensing technologies. In 2012, he founded his company, Variable, Inc, and created the NODE Bluetooth sensor platform allowing interchangeable sensor modules to work wirelessly with smartphones. He completed his PhD in electrical engineering at Georgia Tech in 2008.
